Victoria ISD extends gratitude to the community for participating in the Bond 2026 election and for approving the Bond 2026 proposition focused on districtwide facility improvements, modernization projects, and safety enhancements that expand student opportunities across Victoria ISD campuses.
The approved bond authorizes the district to move forward with the $240M Bond 2026 projects as presented throughout the last two months.
โWe are grateful to our voters for taking part in this important decision and for supporting the future of Victoria ISD,โ said Superintendent Sheila Collazo. โThis investment reflects our communityโs commitment to students and to maintaining strong schools, which in turn build a strong community for generations to come.โ
District leaders emphasized that passage of the bond begins a new phase of planning and implementation. Victoria ISD will remain committed to accountability and fiscal responsibility throughout the process through Bond Oversight Committees.
