Course Description:
Welding is a three year program comprised of Welding, Advanced Welding, and Practicum in Manufacturing. The Welding program provides the knowledge, skills, and technologies required for employment in metal technology systems. Students will safely perform shielded metal arc welding, gas metal arc welding, flux cored arc welding and tungsten arc welding. Students will have the opportunity to earn an American Welding Society (AWS), and 3G or higher (D1:1).
